All shoes can benefit from a water and stain protectant. One or two applications from an aerosol spray on product should help keep your new shoes looking new for several months; before needing to be reapplied. Waterproof leather footwear with a cream or oil-based product for a longer period of protection.
Eventually all shoes show signs of wear. Cleaning or polishing can help reinvigorate the life of your footwear. Heel to Toe carries Meltonian polishes in a wide variety of colors for smooth leather boots and shoes. Suede and nubuck require different care techniques. A nubuck/suede eraser can help clean the surface and bring back the nap of these leathers.
